Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Yulo Stores account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us. No in-app or web form is required.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to yulostoresdeveloper@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Yulo Stores account, with the subject “Delete My Account”.
2. Include the name and mobile number or email address registered on Yulo Stores, so we can verify it's your account.
3. We will verify your request and permanently delete your account within 7 business days, and confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Saved delivery addresses
• Cart and wishlist data
• Your account login credentials

What we may retain

We may retain certain information after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Order and transaction records, kept for the period required under applicable tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws
• Information needed to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms

This retained data is not used for any purpose beyond legal, accounting, or security needs, and is removed or anonymised once it is no longer required. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
